Register Your Team

Directions:

STEP 1: Make an account on Scilympiad.com/feso
***NOTE: This is a NEW system for 2023/2024 Elementary only so you MUST include the feso at the end to go to our account. Do NOT sign in on the account you used in the past! 

  1. Go to the link to register on our website or directly on Scilympiad at https://scilympiad.com/feso 
  2. Select “Log in” and click “New Member”
  3. Type in your email (the one you want to use for communication from us) and follow the password guidelines to make an account 
  4. Click “Register” 
  5. Update your Basic Profile and Submit 

STEP 2: Connect your account to your school 

  1. Go back and login using your new account 
  2. Select “Register your School” 
  3. Click “Register New School” 
  4. Fill out all parts of the School Registration

STEP 3: Add teams and pay registration fee

  1. Now, you need to “Add/Update Teams” 
  2. It automatically lists 1 school with 15 students. You can edit this by clicking “Edit” 
  3. If you have more than one team, you can click “Add a Team” 
  4. Use the “View/Pay Registration Fees” to pay fees
  5. You can use the “Head Coach Dashboard” to do any updates and to Pay Fees
  6. NEW- you can now register for MULTIPLE tournaments without having to make new accounts or teams! Remember, you must register and pay for each team for each tournament that you are attending. 

Any time you login, you can navigate through the “Head Coach Dashboard”. From this location, you can add co-coaches, make updates to the tournament you want to participate in, etc. Scoring and self-scheduling will all be done through this one platform! 

REGISTER YOUR TEAM
