Competition Forms

To be completed BEFORE the tournament: 

• Team roster- Completed in Scilympiad (see this SlideShow for directions)
• “Principal Certification“- Printed from Scilympiad (**This takes the place of the “Final Registration Form”)

To be turned in via email BEFORE the tournament or AT check-in on the morning of the tournament: 

• “Code of Conduct” (see rules manual)
• “Press Release Form” (this can be completed digitally in Scilympiad or copies from the rules manual)
• “Final Registration Form” (see rules manual- the “Principal Certification” from Scilympiad will replace this form)
• Additional forms may be requested by your tournament director such as a COVID acknowledgement or Satellite SO form for virtual tournaments
